We are excited to present the Scottdale Fall Festival Queen Pageant for this year’s commemorative 50th Anniversary. The pageant had been a staple and annual event at the festival for many years of its history, and after a long hiatus, we will crown new 2025 Queens across 3 age divisions; “Mini, Junior, and Teen.” The contestants, all of whom reside in the Southmoreland School District, have been preparing for the pageant, which will take place on Friday, September 19 at 5:15PM.
The platform for the pageant is “Leadership, Charity, and Community.” Participants were required to identify an organization that they relate to and want to help, and perform 20 hours of volunteer service, as well as choose a charity that they would like to help promote and/or raise contributions. They will be asked to respond to an interview question centering around their volunteer work and community/charitable contributions.
