An electronic PayPal Invoice will be sent to the email address listed in this application and must be paid by August 1st or the application will be canceled. Once the application is submitted and approved, all deposits and full payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

– All Payments to the Scottdale Fall Festival MUST be paid by August 15.
– If no payment is made at this date the Festival has the right to reopen this space for resale.
– Any payment after this date will need to be coordinated with our vendor Chair. No Checks will be excepted.
– NEW - No payments will be accepted at the Scottdale Fall Festival information booth.
